Refund policy

At Bundesliga Derby, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Personalized or customized jerseys (including printed names, numbers, or patches) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect or we made an error.

• For non-personalized items, if return conditions are not fully met, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

2. Securely package the item with all original materials, and include a note stating your order number and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.

3. Ship the package to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, unless the exchange is due to our error.
